Nothing short of a wonder, Ski Park has been created inside a mall. Spread across an area of 22,500 square feet, the park includes an awesome snow park, five slopes of different heights and sizes, and a really huge skiing area. You can try your hand at skiing, tobogganing and snowboarding, and a lot of other adventures here.

You do not have to worry about the clothes and accessories that you need inside the cold atmosphere of the Ski Park. Right from the winter jacket to gloves, helmets, and boots, everything would be provided just outside the park. They also provide you with skiing and snowboarding activities.

Important Information

• Please download the s from our website, which need to be presented at the entrance to gain entry.
• Venue address - Ski Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai.
• Please carry a valid ID proof as ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
• Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
• To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height, and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
• Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
• Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
• I-Fly Standard Package (2 Minutes Flight) - City Centre Mirdif. (Please reach the venue 60 min prior to the time slot selected for the demo session).
• In case the park is full-on on any specific day, the guests will be requested to visit on the next day (Due to capacity limitations).
• I-Fly & Penguin Encounter are totally Subject to Availability, our support team will coordinate with you for the availability. Please check your mailbox for s or contact us.
• Transfers are available only from Deira, Bur Dubai.
• The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Operational Hours : 

                            Sunday to Thursday - 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM

                             Friday and Saturday - 09:00 AM to 12:00 AM

• We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience. 

• Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable. 

• Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.

• Should a tour booking be canceled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.  

• The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.

• Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.  

• Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through the online booking process.

• We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.

• In any case, the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for an alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

• The seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
