Important Information

• Maximum of 5 people will be captured per pass.
• A voucher with a QR code will be made available for download on payment.
• The staff at the Photo Counter will provide further instructions/assistance.
• The photographers might not capture the guest if the voucher is not presented at the counter/photographer.
• At the time of exiting the site, the guest can revisit the photo counter, where they can select the pictures they like.
• Guest pictures may get deleted by the following day, so pictures need to be collected at the time of exiting the site.
• Pictures will only be captured after the guest enters the site.
• Site admission is not included in this voucher.
• Upgrades may be available at the Photo counter and have to be paid for directly.
• We reserve the complete right to reschedule or adjust the pricing, or even cancel the voucher, at our sole discretion.
• Refunds will not be issued if the guest fails to collect or redeem the Photo Pass voucher.
• Unused inclusions in the package are non-refundable.
• The Pass is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Photo Pass products do not cover Penguin Encounter in Ski Dubai. 
• Photo pass can redeem into the following locations

1. At the Top Burj Khalifa
2. VR Park
3. Ski Dubai
4. IMG Worlds of Adventure

• Pictures in either digital or printed format
• Photo Pass Flexi / Plus / Mega / Combo Pass (Depends on option selection)

Note :

• We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience. 

• Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable. 

• Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.

• Should a tour booking be canceled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.  

• The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.

• Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.  

• Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through the online booking process.

• We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.

• In any case, the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for an alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

• The seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
