• Operational hours for this activity are 17h45 – 23h30. The last boat departs 30 minutes prior to closing.
• You are requested to make yourself available 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Once the Boat departs there will strictly be no rescheduling.
• The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
• Sharing transfers is available from Deira, Bur Dubai.
• Bring the Voucher along with your Copy or Emirates ID at the time of this activity.
• The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time. s can only be used once and are not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
• This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction's gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.
• Lost, damaged, and/or stolen s cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged in any manner. 
• The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

• Abra + Boardwalk: 19:45 hrs – 23:15 hrs (last ride at 22:45 hrs)

• Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.  

• The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.

• Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.  

• Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through the online booking process.

• We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.

• In any case, the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for an alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

• The seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
