Michelin-starred Chef Kurdahl brings a Scandinavian approach to cooking, showing respect for produce and by making sure everything on the plate has a raison d'être. His menu at Al Mahara is designed to reflect the location, encapsulating the grandeur of Burj Al Arab in every bite. The exceptional four-course lunch menu includes house water or a soft drink and a signature mocktail of your choice.

Starter:
Oak-smoked Salmon, Horseradish, and Chutney 
King Crab Risotto, Orange, Basil, and Spring Onion

Main course:
Sea Bass Royale, Caviar Oscietre, and Champagne Beurre Blanc
Char-grilled Tiger Prawns and Asparagus and Roast Garlic with Parsley and Lemon Butter Sauce

Desert:
Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Torte, Cocoa Shortbread, and Orange Marmalade
